Since December of 2019 this company promised to deliver the equipment paid to them through wire transfers. Caterpillar 320 BL SN SCR01636 YEAR 1997 was supposed to be delivered to Texas and was never delivered because this company had the equipment with a fault and weren't able to deliver. I asked for a refund at that moment and was informed that the equipment must be sold first to receive my refund. Months have passed by the owner has been very negligent to making contact after several attempts through text messaging and promises to be deposited . I will now have to find legal help to receive my hard earned money back. I lost time , never received my equipment, and never received my money back.
