I submitted the $25.00 initial fee as to no help with this company. My partner and I have contacted them several times with no luck. My partner will email them stating she needs help with housing. Surprisingly they respond when they think there is money to be made. We're desperately trying to find housing, but found a scam. I want my money back. I do not trust this company.
Dustin promised me 100% guaranteed approval for a house out of my choice and I got denied for the house I applied to he since then told me no refunds and blocked my number but my receipt says only refunds issued if line of credit can’t be established . the comapant ran the EIN an said they could t find any credit history or credit score. Dustin threatened to use my social security number in several different ways an continues to call me blocked leaving voicemails.
I went through a 2ND CHANCE HOUSING PROGRAM here just recently.I went through the whole process to get housed such as paying almost $200-300 for a profile to get accepted into an apartment.With this program I experienced the most horrible experience that I would never do again.I had got accepted into an apartment,signed the lease and everything my first couple of weeks there I started having some issues such as maintenance and bug issues.I did the right thing I was supposed to do which was report what was going on to my leasing office.I did that they end up sending Pest control and maintenance out.I continued to still see bugs the leasing office sent Pest control out a second time.At this point I am starting to believe that bugs was coming out the walls because I started just seeing them out of no where.At this point I am fed up I am starting to get real agitated and starting not to feel comfortable in my home.So I went up to the office let them know what was going on and I decided to put my 30 day notice in.I had contacted the guy from the program let him know what was going on,he told me to see what they can do first.So which I did they said they could move me or they could have the exterminator,Pest control,and maintenance come out.The next day the only one who came out was Pest control.I then called the office I was transferred to one of the corporate ladies,it did not go good with her me and her had some words cause at this point I am irritated and not be treated like a tenant should be.So after that the other lady called me demanding that I had to be gone by my 30 day notice I put in which was fine.So I let the guy from the Program know what was going on,me and him had kind of had some words as well but we got passed that because he still wanted to help me get housed.A couple days later I went to go see the guy from the Program he had made me up a new profile to go an apply for another apartment.The day after that he tells me that the program does not want to work with me anymore.
