Took our GX to this dealership for repairs, we were told there were issues one $and the other $The service adviser said the $issue should be repaired ASAPWe chose that option, after leaving the dealership we found another local shop that would do the $repair for $800, I told the service adviser that and he quickly lowered his price down to $along with alot of mumbo jumbo about the parts not being the sameReally?? The next morning, less than hours after leaving the dealership there was a puddle of antifreeze under the vehicle approx3\'x5\', we lifted the hood and the work was not completeWe had paid for this $repair and the cover was not bolted down, no nuts, push plugs were even installedThe radiator hoses were barely slid on and the clamps not tightWas there preschoolers working on my vehicleI mean, WHO DOES THIS???????????? This dealership should be ashamed of them shelvesWell, here it is weeks later, the dealership promised to send us a check our local mechanic to complete their repairs and they were going to send me the parts needed to put the covers back onWe have heard nothing, I have left several messages and sent e\'mails with NO, I mean ABSOLUTELY NO responseShop your prices hard before you go to this unorganized mis managed service department GOOD LUCK

Bought a new 2017 GX 460 from Lexus of Lexington on Veterans Day 11/11/2016. Very pleased with this model, even with the critical reviews by Edmunds. The issue was not the vehicle but the dealership. I arrived with intent to purchase an SUV and had a check in hand from my credit union. The dealership actually sold me the GX at the wrong price. The price was for another SUV with another VIN. I noticed the error once I arrived at home and called them back. I drove back to the dealer, and they actually tried to get me to take the other GX that I did not want. So, we had to do the purchase paperwork all over again, with the correct price and correct VIN. I traded in 2 Toyota's for the new GX, where they greatly under valued the trade-ins, then listed them for re-sale at an much greater value, and cited the very low mileage and one owner sales pitch. During the sales process, I was offended, as a veteran, that the finance staff, tried to sell me an over priced extended warranty by stating they were going to give me a discount because I was a veteran. Just a note to Lexus of Lexington, veterans do not want nor expect a sales pitch or discount as a thank you for their service. It gets worse, I explained to the financial staff,that my credit union requires me to sign both the front and back of the check, No, she said, you only sign the front, WRONG, you guessed it, they made me return to the store a third time to sign the back of the check. Just when I think this is over, I find out today, that they did NOT pay off my trade-ins and had to send a final pay-off check to the creditor. In closing, I was humiliated, and treated like a second-class customer and not pleased with this dealership at all. In fact, I'll be taking my new car to Louisville of Cincinnati for service, just to avoid them at all cost. Given the other poor review on this site regarding the service department at Lexus of Lexington, KY; it appears to be indicative and business as usual at this dealer. I highly recommend, potential Lexus customers to either be prepared for a nightmare at this tore or shop elsewhere. Not expecting anything from them, just wanted to alert others and I've written a letter to both Toyota Corporation USA and Lexus Corp, USA.

Took our GX 470 to this dealership for repairs, we were told there were 2 issues one $1900 and the other $3600. The service adviser said the $1900 issue should be repaired ASAP. We chose that option, after leaving the dealership we found another local shop that would do the $3600 repair for $800, I told the service adviser that and he quickly lowered his price down to $2800 along with alot of mumbo jumbo about the parts not being the same. Really?? The next morning, less than 18 hours after leaving the dealership there was a puddle of antifreeze under the vehicle approx. 3\'x5\', we lifted the hood and the work was not complete. We had paid for this $1900 repair and the cover was not bolted down, no nuts, push plugs were even installed. The radiator hoses were barely slid on and the clamps not tight. Was there preschoolers working on my vehicle. I mean, WHO DOES THIS???????????? This dealership should be ashamed of them shelves. Well, here it is 2 weeks later, the dealership promised to send us a check our local mechanic to complete their repairs and they were going to send me the parts needed to put the covers back on. We have heard nothing, I have left several messages and sent e\'mails with NO, I mean ABSOLUTELY NO response. Shop your prices hard before you go to this unorganized mis managed service department. The wait time and response of the staff at the Emergency Room at Huntsville Hospital is unacceptable. My Mom waited over 5 hours in a wheelchair with chest pains from a fall. The explanation was they had no beds, her results were back but they had no bed to take her. She asked for some water, was ignored. She received nothing for pain even though sitting in a wheelchair for over 5 hours sobbing in pain. When I called to complain, I was told that most wait times are 10-15 hours. There is no reason that is an acceptable level of wait time. Something should be reviewed at how things are operating in the ER department, has to be a better plan. I hope we don't have some major emergency in the city of Huntsville, the staff and operation of HH ER would not be able to care for those in need.
