I hired this company on 10/24/12 to landscape my yard. He was supposed to be done by 12/31/12 per the contract. He was to rebuild 2 retaining walls and reset some bricks and he did some of that incorrectly.( he agrees) I paid in full in the amount of $4000. He stopped working in November and didn't finish the work. Trimmed a tree in the back and it fell and ruined one of my gutters on the house, and it's never been fixed. One of the retaining walls is not finished. He brought some dirt last week but it wasn't enough. He filled some joints in the sidewalk that weren't done right and he agrees with that as well.
