Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10300845, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Why would a company wait until days before the assigned court date to try to address a problem that began occurring months before The Revdex.com was contacted in November of with no response as evidenced by a letter from the Revdex.com stating that AAffordable roofing would not reply to their request As for the Case against the company it was not filed until March of Promises were made up until October of to correct the problem No one has been at the residence since September of As for the contract in this case, if you didn't contract to repair the patios, why did you receive insurance money to repair them? You were paid by [redacted] insurance to repair both patios Your representatives didn't bother stating that they didn't know how to repair them until they had done the work and there was a major leakage problem and other unsightly attempts at fixing The money we are seeking is only to repair the damage left by your company and also the repair of the house that will be needed to remove and repaint all the tubes and tubes of caulking that your company put on trying to fix the leaks.Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10300845, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Why would a company wait until 2 days before the assigned court date to try to address a problem that began occurring 14 months before.  The Revdex.com was contacted in November of 2014 with no response as evidenced by a letter from the Revdex.com stating that AAffordable roofing would not reply to their request.  As for the Case against the company it was not filed until March of 2015.  Promises were made up until October of 2014 to correct the problem.  No one has been at the residence since September of 2014.  As for the contract in this case, if you didn't contract to repair the patios, why did you receive insurance money to repair them?  You were paid by [redacted] insurance to repair both patios.  Your representatives didn't bother stating that they didn't know how to repair them until they had done the work and there was a major leakage problem and other unsightly attempts at fixing.  The money we are seeking is only to repair the damage left by your company and also the repair of the house that will be needed to remove and repaint all the tubes and tubes of caulking that your company put on trying to fix the leaks.Regards,
