Items were purchased and promised by Dec- not received Requested refund for all items via email and fb messenger customer told me to submit a complaint via pay pal (how one item was paid for) and they would issue the refund and other two itesm would be issued by credit card autho? my credit card doesnt show a refund is even pending
I made a purchase online with this company about weeks agoI paid my invoice immediately and waited on my purchase to be sent to meWhen I paid, there was no where for me to enter shipping addressI contacted them and they took it through email and apologizedAfter 1/weeks, I had not gotten my order so I when I went to message them, I noticed that they never checked my last email containing my shipping addressI went on with my email, days later, no responseEmailed them again and told me they would check in the morningFor the next days, I emailed them once daily inquiring about my purchaseNever opened my email or responded until the last day when I requested a refundThen was told it was shippedThis was December Over a week went by and still had not got my packageAsked again for a refund and was told they could not do a refund until after the 15thAgain was told more shipments went outA week later I emailed again asking for a refund, to get no replyA l
