Peter and Ann are nice people and Peter does nice work. They became hateful to me because of a misunderstanding I could not correct. During a phone call to Ann I indicated: I was happy to renew my annual contract for the total amount they billed, I asked to pay by credit card, and that the real value I had for the service is the priority for repairing my generator if/when it fails because I can do the maintenance my self. I never stated that they are overcharging for their services and the phone call ended with my understanding that we had a good working relationship with Ann accepting my credit card payment. The following week I receive a scathing letter saying that they cancelled my contract because they didn't want to work with someone who believes they are being overcharged. I called them back the next day to apologize for giving them that impression and ask if we could continue the contract. I was told flatly "NO" and the phone was hung up before I could say another thing. I have never worked with anyone who reacted this way to me. This experience should be a warning to anyone considering to hire them in the future.
