A Cheap Ride Auto Sales Inc

Purchased vehicle on Nov. 6. Repossessed on Dec. 7th for not bringing in drivers license. Gave copy of license on Nov 6th during purchase date.Purchased vehicle on Nov 6. Gave copy of driver license and paycheck stub on two weeks prior. Dealer repossessed truck due to not bringing in license again on Nov 30th after paperwork and signed bill of sale was given on Nov. 6th. I paid 1000 dollar down-payment on Nov.6th. I would like my money back since purchase was not final according to dealer.[redacted] was sales person at cheap ride auto sales. I have a copy of all signed paperwork and repossession agreement./////Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of down payment 1000 since sale was not finalized /////Business Response Car deal was done on 11/6/15 and this car purchase was a complete deal, it was signed and finalize that day. Before paperwork was taken to NCDMV we notice that her driver license were to expire on 11/14/15. Customer had a 30 day plate on vehicle and we had time to collect a new copy of her driver license, so that we could get plates and pay taxes for this vehicle. We left her a message that we needed an updated copy of her driver license. On 11/19/15 customer called and said she had the paper copy of her license and she would fax it over, gave her fax number and we didn't receive a copy. So on, 11/23/15 Randy the store sales man talked with customer and she told him she would get us a copy when she had time. The last time we spoke with the customer was on 11/30/15 and per her words she told Randy to pick up the vehicle then. SO I started paperwork to have the vehicle REPO on 11/30/15 and the vehicle was REPO on 12/7/15. With us not having correct paperwork including driver license, her vehicle should have been picked up on 11/15/15 when her license had expired. But as you can see, we tried to work with this customer in every way possible. And, the only copy we had were expired. We DO NOT FEEL that we owe this customer back her down payment of $1000.00, because we up held our deal and she DID NOT.
