The event was held outdoorsComplaint from client that the rolls were stale- this was definately not the case- once exposed to the outdoor elements, the crust will begin to get dryClient complained was the chicken was dry- this was prepared just prior to dinner service and presented in chafing dish in its nautral juicesFood was cooked just prior to serviceClient made several references to their alochol level and did not eat at desiginated dinner service timeEvent manager offered to make a fresh meal when client was ready to eat their dinner and the offer was refused

Thank you for your responseI am sorry that a resolution has not been agreed upon. Based on the facts of the event we have fulfilled our contractual obligations and are happy to offer your (again) the dinner drop off for guests. Thank you
