the chairs for herThe table was not assembled because the screws were missing from the table boxOur driver offered to return after work to set up the table on his own timeHe did return after work around 6:30, but no one was homeHe therefore left the screws in the mailbox or someplace she could find it** *** called us the next day and we offered to send someone out to assemble the table that same dayShe told us not send anyone, the only thing she kept insisting on was getting money back for the table that was not assembledI figured out the refund she should get: Delivery was $and we completed thatSet up was an additional $and we completed 90% of that ( everything except the four legs on the table.) She is entitled to 10% of $which is $5.00 She can come in at her convenience to pick up that refund.Thank You,A to Z Furniture management

Review: I have been purchasing furniture from A to Z since I first moved out on my own and this is the first time I have to say I am completely disappointed. I purchased a sectional that definitely has a manufacturer's defect, but since I purchased it from them I called to get the issue corrected. I have no children or pets and the love seat is busting at the seams (cushions and throw pillows). I have been trying for two to three months to get the cushions and pillows replaced and they keep telling me that they ordered the replacements, but they haven't been delivered by the manufacturer's company. Since I have made this purchase, I have not been compensated or feel that the company is making enough of an effort to get my couch replaced. I would never purchase another piece of furniture from them because of the time it is taking to get this resolved. I understand that this is a manufacturer's defect, but they are responsible for ensuring that everything is good for the customer and they have failed miserably in ensuring that I have a good product. Whether this is the fault of the manufacturer or the furniture store, it is the responsibility of A to Z furniture to ensure they provide their customers with good products. I have spoken to the owner, [redacted] about this numerous of times and I called the woman today who seemed to get an attitude because I was upset about hearing the same excuse from them saying I should have it next week. I don't know what calendar they use, but two to three months is much longer than a week.Desired Settlement: If A to Z cannot get the cushions replaced, I want another sectional of equal value or be completely reimbursed. There is no reason why I should have to continue requesting this from them.

Review: mattress infested with bed bugsDesired Settlement: we would like to be reimburse for having precise exterminating out to exterminate our home

I received the complaint from Mrs. [redacted] around the end of September.

She picked up her mattress & Box spring April 12, 2012.

I tried to explain to her that after more than 5 month past from the day that she pick up her

merchandise, if there where bed bugs she would know about it max a week after pick up.

Mrs. [redacted] put a complaint at the police station, they came to investigate - check our mattresses at the

store and at the warehouse, could not find any problem.

We also get every few mounts people from the state that goes to all furniture stores to check the

mattress.

All of the above could not find any problem at our merchandise.

This bed bug problem is a big, all over Ohio.

They can get to houses by setting in busses, Movie Theater and more. '

I think Mrs. [redacted] is trying to find someone to blame and to pay for her problems.
