An individual from [redacted] Renovations installed a door at our condo at Windemere several months ago We we're doing this on our own and not part of association renovation We talked with Randy [redacted] who ordered and had door installed with new jam and painted the required color of white They were easy to work with and got the job done in the time frame we needed from long distance I would recommend them

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff (**) MrB [redacted] indicated he replaced Mrs***'s stove and serviced her refrigeratorHe also extended the warranty on the refrigerator

$service call included a washing machine part Took an hour to fix
Problem was LARRY failed to reconnect water supply hose to bibb in the washing machine thateventually leaked water throughout my house when unit in use
Had to rush to rent a carpet cleaner to suck up all the water three to four times
Wound up with a $refund that did not hardly cover the time and trouble nor the cost of the machine rental Tile room and carpeted rooms flooded " of water
The oversight on the part of LARRY was HUGE Never again AAA Appliance in Zephyrhills, FL

The furnace they purchased was photographed and inspected They wrote down model serielnunbers and stated they wanted this exact furnace delivered and installedA price was quoted a deposit was made of $which secured the furnaceOur company even extended credit to this customer because
she didn't have the $300for the installation She was to pay $upon delivery and the balance to be paid within days The customer rescheduled the install because she didn't want tohave the install done in the evening Which was explained in the beginningHowever she cancelled the installation her contractors picked up the furnace Later she called and said they couldn't use itWhich was fine However this customer has texted and called from a variety of numbers and stated that she doesn't have a working phone at this time Several attempts were made to bring the furnace back to exchange for another furnaceHowever this customer was not timely with the scheduled time Then became frustrated because she was asked to wait or visit a different locationThat would have been more convenient At this pointHer option to come in and just exchange a furnace is not an option any longer I feel her integrity is to questionWe must verify the furnace is stillin working order before exchanging to a larger furnaceWhich will take hours for us to test the components At that time a time will be scheduled if she stillchooses to exchange the unit for another one Each time I tried to accommodate this customer she was extremely rude and unreasonable I have documented our entire text thread of which she chooses to communicate through because she doesn't have a working home or cellphone
