remove the splitter from the customer’s water hose without having the water turned off. Therefore, we feel that there is no way for the customer to be absolutely certain that AAA Rentals was responsible for thewater being left running, and as a result, we respectfully decline the request to pay the charges accumulated as a result of this unfortunate circumstance.As for the matter of being mistreated verbally on the phone on the day of the complaint; if any of the AAA Rentals staff upset the customer in any way, we would like to apologize for that at this time. Anytime that there is a complaint that involves an accusation toward our employees, it is a sensitive matter and should be treated as such. So if we were overly defensive in any way, please forgive our conduct.
