vehicle the lady came into our office and proceeded to tell me and the other girls in the office that we took her hippie bus illegally and we would be giving it back to her for nothing because her husband was in the hospital in a diabetic coma and he couldn't come get it. At this time we let her know that she would be needing a release from code enforcement before we could release it to her. she said it was going to take 17 days for her to get her title we told her again that she just needed a release from code enforcement. After that we didnt hear from her for about a month or so at which time I personally spoke I am the operations manager, this is when she told me that she had spoke to an attorney and we were nothing but crooks and that she would be getting her hippie bus back for nothing and that her and her wife would be up here that day in just a few minutes from our conversation. If she did call and speak to someone after hours they might have told her if it has been here for more than 30 days we would start the sale process but not that it had been sold. I do not feel that we should lower our fees because she didn't come and pick it up before the charges were what they are. She was told she could come pick it up with the release from code enforcement.
