They never complained, the piano was unharmed and the whole process, from meeting at storage facility to paying, was under weeks! Great company! They were professional, conprehensive and explained everything clearly. They were the only company to accurately estimate my weight and I even got a refund of 103.63 after the truck was weighed and I had less, the pickup and delivery was quick and smooth. Definitely will be using Aaronsons for my next move.
Arranging and reserving the moving appointment by using the website was great and very user friendly. Mendel was very courteous, polite and very professional. The whole company worked diligently on the moving task and worked very quickly. The movers they sent made sure I was happy with the move and placement of items as well as hooking up my laundry washer and dryer. They gave excellent advice on placement of some of my items when I wasn't sure about how they should go and would reconfigure the furniture arrangements if I wasn't happy with it. They were willing to help and were nice about these changes. Excellent movers and nothing was damaged. I will definitely be calling on them again in the future. Thanks Aaronson Van Lines. This moving company is the only moving company I will use for ANY of my future moves.
I am writing a good review for this company because they helped me out when no one else could. I hired a mover six months in advance for my move from Charlotte to Springfield. On the day of my move they call me to tell me they cant make it because their truck broke down. Im all packed up with new people trying to move into my home and now its the afternoon and that's when the mover finally decided to call me and tell me they couldn't come. Just the worst! Out of no where my friend who I haven't spoken to in a while calls me and in the middle of everything going on I vent out my whole moving ordeal to her, and in luck she gave me the name of the company that moved her five years ago. I called them and it was this company. They sent a truck out the day I called and packed all night to get me out the same day. The new tenants were able to move in the very next day because for an extra tip the movers even cleaned my home after they were done loading. They went above and beyond for me and that really does deserve this good review.
These guys are as good as it gets. I knew moving would be stressful, but nothing can prepare you for the actual event taking place. I never moved before, and to move over a thousand miles in my first ever move was no joke. There is so much more that goes into a move then just moving your stuff. I have 2 cars, and some very expensive art work, and collectibles. Not knowing where to even begin I hit Google and found Aaronson Van Lines. I don't remember the persons name that helped me with my move, but he, along with everyone else at the company was awesome. Not only did they move my furniture and cars, but they also sent me all the packing supplies I needed right to my front door, and then to take it one step further they walked me through how to pack everything. I literally saved a thousand dollars just on packing myself alone. There were other ways they helped me save money. They were all giving me extra tips and tricks to help me making my move that much easier. They would email and text me my move schedule and updates so I could focus on the rest of my move details knowing my shipments were taken care of. I would not only recommend this company to my friends and family, but I already have!
