The office at North Slope received your written notice on May 18th that you would be terminating your lease early You were aware at this time of the lease termination feeThis summer, you came in the office about the incident with another resident at the pool but you did not know who the person was or what apartment they lived in I had documented that if you saw that person again to come to the office to let me know The Staff at North Slope tries to give the best customer service possible Sometimes this includes enforcing Community Rules and Regulations Such as “no pets allowed at the pool area” We do not allow pets to be in the pool area at any time Dogs must be leashed at all times You were breaking the rules by allowing your dog to run freely at the pool areaI have to enforce rules to keep the pool open for all residents DHEC has rules for Swimming Pools and these rules are enforced or they close the pool

Unfortunately, I do not really find the response relevantMy main concern as a resident here is the treatment I
receive at somewhere I'm supposed to call homeThe staff is dismissive towards any problems or concerns and I dread interaction with most staff membersAs far as ** Management as a company and North Slope as a community, it seems I am hardly the only resident with these complaints. Other pool rules I've witnessed broken in the past week are as follows; children swimming unattended by parents, residents with more than two guests using the pool, alcohol being consumed inside the pool, glass alcohol containers in pool area, screaming, running, and swimming after pool hoursI've also seen a dog in the pool area prior to this occasion. I understand the early termination fee that applies to my lease and all of the reasoning behind itThe contract is clear and I understand that these sort of expenses come with apartment livingMy concern is not the company receiving anymore of my money, but the treatment of paying residents in the community.

Unfortunately, the Valet trash was a decision that was made and it charges for every apartment. I would like to meet with you and see if we can find a solution. Thank you. The Park at Anzio

I apologize for the business center internet.  We have had trouble with the wiring this past summer.  Once this was repaired, then IP address was removed by someone over a weekend.  Now we have a call into the IT department for help again on locating the problem.  We expect this...

problem to be remedied by this afternoon.  Our business center is available to residents 24 hours a day and with this availability, sometimes there are technical difficulties to resolve.   Thank you for your patience,[redacted]
