would be out to check it! the following day (7-9-15)- never showed told him I was having a yard sale said thats OK I'll not be in the way! Never showed.  Problem - I guess when we turned our air conditioner on in May it leaked in closet - three basement into our garage - ruined portable sewing machine, suit case molded & boxes all wet and water under 3 18 gallon tubs plus ruined all the stick tile in closet that I had to throw away.Called again 7-14-15 he sent his helper to look & take a picture of problem had my husband blow line out with his compressor and said he'd got to Lowe's get a part and be back next day 7-15 - never came or called. I called again 7-16 ask when were they coming got a recording which stated a call would be returned within a hour - nothing. I said on recording their service was terrible! Have not heard a word from them and today is July 20th!I feel they install this they will service it and I'm not paying another furnace co.Mrs. [redacted]I lost alot of things with this water mess! Don't know how they stay in business!

Revdex.com called business to follow up on complaint and spoke to Bruce S[redacted], who said this matter has been resolved. He said they went out to the consumer's house and sealed up the holes in question as well as some others they wanted done.
