This is the most reasonable internet service I have EVER encounteredWith NO contract, at $a month, the service is excellentI had time warner cable in NY previous to this so perhaps my opinion is biased but I could not be more happy with this service and the complaint I read on this site was laughableObviously some people have not had to deal with verizon, TWC or comcast (not to mention direct tv or dish which I didn't even bother trying)I have had consistent service for monthsI have not had to even reboot my routerI get 300kb/s on most downloadsFor some impatient people, or people who have gotten used to fibreoptics this may be unbareably slow but I find it more than adequit for streaming video and even playing games online

ABG wireless came to my home for an install, the technician could complete it due to lack of knowledge He then closed the ticket as if I were satisfied When I called to investigate, the customer service receptionist hung up on me times I had to go to the store front to talk to her, and she said her boss would call Of course he hasn't

ABG Wireless is very unreliableI subscribed to their service for year and no less than days out of a day week, it was pretty much a sure bet that service would be lost or extremely intermittentOn several occassions, I called to complain and asked for the company to please resolve the issueA tech was sent out on occassions with only little to know improvement that was only a temporary fixWhat made the whole experience unbearable was the customer serviceThe woman that works in the office is very rude at bestShe is the only person that the customer gets to talk to and what she tells the techs is not at all what is said in the conversationWith this being said, after I called again asking for someone to come out and fix the problmes that I was having, she called me back and told me that the owner said that they would just disconnect my service, refund my month's bill payment and that I could find another ISPBeing located in the country where there were no other ISPs that covered that area, I had to practically beg them to let me keep the service and I was put in a position where I could never request for them to resolve the issues with their service againABG Wirelss is a horrible company and is not customer oriented at allI am way above average when it comes to knowledge of networking, computers, etcThe problem is with their towers and equipmentMy solution: I decided to move back into townI would recommend DSL over ABG WirelessIf it had not been for the hateful customer service (and them knowing that they have you between a rock and a hard place), I probably would at least been able to give a "neutral" review

I am really pleased with my service from ABGThe techs that came out to do my install were very nice and polite and incredibly professional
Before they even started mounting equipment they explained to me where the best signal would be and asked if I would be comfortable with the equipment being mounted thereI am always happy when people in their position respect me and my homeThey did the install in good time, did it correctly and answered all of my questionsThey made sure we understood everything and also made double sure that everything was in working order before they leftI was also very happy with how patient they were with me and how sweet they were with my petsThey were all around respectful and it is not what I was expecting after having read the online reviews
I am so glad we decided to give ABG a shot since our choices where I live are fairly limitedI have no intention on switching to anybody else after the pleasant experience I have had and how well it seems to be working so far

I live in the boonies and have tried other providers and it is much better than the others we can get

I have not had to even reboot my router. I get 300kb/s on most downloads.
