Review: [redacted] replaced the cement on my property May of 2014. He required that we pay cash, which we did - approximately $3,000. The job came out very nice and we were very happy. In November of 2014, I noticed a crack in the slab in front of my steps. I immediately called [redacted] and he said he would check it out and call me back. He never called me back. I left him a message and still no return call. By January, I noticed another crack this time in the slab in front of my garage. I left him a message and received no phone call back. Over the next few months, another crack developed in a different place. I saw [redacted] in early May doing a job in my neighborhood and approached him about the issues of the cement cracking. He said he would pass by my house and call me. I texted him my cell number to ensure he was able to reach me. He never called me. On May [redacted], I noticed a fourth crack in a different place. I immediately called him and told him if he didn't rectify the issues, I would contact the Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs. He assured me he would pass by the next day after 4 pm. I never saw him at my house but he left me a message that he would be by the following week - week of May [redacted] - to fix the cracks. Today is June [redacted] and I have not seen or heard from him again. I have saved his phone and text messages saying he would fix the problem so he knows that something was not done correctly. We paid him the required amount for new concrete and are left with cracks in four different places when it's not even a year old! We followed [redacted]'s instructions as far as when it was ok to park in the driveway, we sealed the cement as he instructed, and didn't use any snow melting supplies during this harsh winter and yet it still cracked in four different places!Desired Settlement: I would either like a full refund of my $3,000 so I can have the cement re-done by a reputable company or I want him to fix it immediately to match the existing cement he replaced last year. I don't want him to come "next week" like he keeps promising. I want it done immediately.
