Able Communications Inc.

Review: Placed an order at company's web site ([redacted]/) on December **, 2013 for some telephone handset cords. Credit card was charged the same day for $89. Have yet to receive any product or refund from company, even after repeated phone calls to customer service. Spoke with person named Michael numerous times and was brushed off and even hung up on when trying to get information about the order and/or a refund of the amount charged.Desired Settlement: Would like my $89 refunded. They charged me for a product they admittedly never shipped.
