Complaint2 roofs were shingled. There are 5 valleys which have been leaking since install and hundreds of shingles have blown off due to improper nailing. 2 new construction duplex roofs were shingled by [redacted] and his crew approximately 1 year ago.Numerous problems have arisen with the install. Approximately 50 bundles worth of shingles have blown off in a recent windstorm due to being nailed too high against manufacturer installation specification. In additions the shingles in one area are installed sloppily (cosmetic issue primarily) and also there are 5 valleys which leak which will damage the interior of the buildings. These leaks were supposed to be addressed last fall and have delayed finishing of the garages until they are fixed. Desired SettlementEither repair the problems immediately before rain and melting snow wreck the interiors or else pay the repair cost of approximately 8000.00 dollars for material and labour to fix the defective shingle installation.
