Able Remodeling

We have responded to Mrs [redacted] on 12/24/ We are willing to have an independent contractor of our choosing to look at her bathroom and complete the minor punch list work We do not agree to have her other contractor do the work at our expense There is a Certificate of Completion form on file that Mrs [redacted] signed on Dec 3, for the completion of the punch list When this was done the final payment of $8,was due Which has not been paid as of December 23, A credit of $ for the exhaust fan is one of the line items on this Completion form that she signed and agreed toThis amount was a reasonable amount to do this work before all the drywall was patched and paintedIt allowed $ for parts and $ for laborIt would of course cost more to do this work now because we would have to open up the walls and ceiling drywall for accessThen make repairs and repaint the roomWe do not plan to do this workShe has indicated on several occasions that she did not want the fan installed We have done all of the items listed on the certificate of completion document plus other punch list items at her requestIf she agrees to have our chosen licensed & bonded contractor complete the punch list, we will make the arrangement We have asked her to Please reply within hours
