After an extensive and longer two day search including 2 hours the first day and 7 + hours the second day, our processes were successful and, the leak’s location identified.Prior to any discovery, discussions occur plus a signed service contract obtained. And, obtained from all clients, no exceptions. Discovery details and techniques are verbally discussed and then “signed off” by the client before any/all discoveries begin. Before discovery commences, this service contract and subsequent related discussions serve to inform the client: Our discovery process are defined.Holes drilled and their purpose.Warranty/guarantee is provided by ABQ LL. We return to the site, if needed but, we must be called “immediately” should any discrepancies occur. Please see attached contract signature's verification. Also, we were never notified and, 5 months after the discovery’s completion does not allow for any warranty which could/would have been granted at the time of discovery.
