Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:abs water co-operative has been negligent in regards to my needs resulting in the loss of use of my house,so if this is not resolved to my satisfaction I am taking civil action and suing their pants off.I do not wish to tip my hand at this time.I know they are smug thinking I do not have a case but after I call all my witness I will prevail .16 years of faithful service to be treated like this is despicable.I am sure a jury will agree.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

ABS Water Co-Operative [redacted] Ph:[redacted]  fx [redacted]    [redacted]@abswatercoop.com    Revdex.com 211 N. Broadway, Suite 2060 St. Louis, MON 63102   RE:         [redacted] M. [redacted]...

Resident has house served by meter not on his property.   Owner of property wants meter on property for owner use. Map [redacted] .   Account Summary: In December 2001 – The [redacted]’s installed a meter connection with ABS in the very NORTHEAST corner of their 90 acre tract and installed a service line thru their property to their house on the WEST side of their tract. (Approximately 2500 feet). On November 2011, the [redacted]’s sold the property where the meter is located to [redacted].   [redacted]’s accepted transfer and paid the monthly bill to ABS for the meter usage.  ABS does not know whether the House on the WEST side of property was part of the [redacted] land sale or if the West ½ of tract was sold to another party at that time.   The meter connection stays with the property owner where the meter is installed.    If the house was sold separately, the owners of the house side have no right to the meter connection unless there has been legal arrangements made.   (e.g. utility easement for water service line from meter to house. ) The [redacted]s recently sold the property where the meter is set to Monty [redacted] – who wants the meter connection for future use.    Mr. [redacted] shut the meter off.   The owner of the property where the House sets is [redacted].   Mr. [redacted]’s brother, [redacted], has been living in the house which has been supplied by water from the [redacted] meter.   ABS does not know of the arrangements between Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted].   Mr. [redacted] has told the office that he has reached out to Mr. [redacted] to discuss this situation. Mr. [redacted] has called the ABS office and was told the legal way to obtain water from ABS by house owner ([redacted]) was for owner ([redacted]) to do a waterline extension from the ABS Main appr. 1320 feet to [redacted] property line. This would be entirely at property owner’s cost.   Mr. [redacted] came into the ABS office on May 18, 2017.    Mr. [redacted] told ABS that he deed 4 acres and the house to his brother, [redacted].   I gave Mr. [redacted] a copy of the above summary.     I reaffirmed with Mr. [redacted] that for Mr. [redacted] to obtain ABS water was for a waterline extension (at owner cost),   or a utility easement with current owner ([redacted]) (at owner [redacted] cost). The ABS Board of Directors with ABS Attorney discussed this issue on May 24, 2017 at the regular board meeting. Respectfully,     [redacted], Manager ABS Water Co-Operative   Cc:   [redacted], ABS Attorney
