I called Absolute Garage Doors to come out and give us an estimate on having a new door, opener along with all the mechanisms replaced for our single car garage We had a couple other quotes and we wanted just one more after browsing around on [redacted] ***Sam came out and he was such a great guy, approachable and knowledgeable He was able to answer any of our questions before, during and after the entire process I would highly recommend using this company, and wouldn't hesitate using them in the future for anything garage door related Not only was I pleased with Sam as a person but he was giving us a GREAT, reasonable price with a few add-ons that the other companies were charging us extra forIt took about two weeks to get our garage door ordered and the installation itself took about 4- hours to install No out-sourced contractors, Sam comes and does the install himself, no surprises Which we lovedHis wife, Mia, was also pleasant to deal with over the phone for scheduling and payments Always pleasant and accommodating I had no issues with reaching via phone or emailThank you Absolute Garage Doors! We were at the middle of the closing and the buyer backed the seller into a corner by refusing to close without having one of the garage doors in working condition We were all set to leave and were in a bad situation with this closing Luckily, I called Absolute and explained our situation and the woman in the office was able to get Sam to come out to assess what could be done When Sam arrived, we had a great experience where he clearly and effectively diagnosed the situation on the door and was able to complete the work the same day We had no desire to drag out the closing of our house and the work was completed in a couple of hours and was done nicely We cannot thank Sam and his staff enough for the much appreciated help and the prompt service The new place actually has no garage door motor and we hope Sam will be available to help install it Thanks Again!

I would definitely highly recommend Absolute Garage Doors LLC. I called because of rather an emergency situation since the spring on my garage door had suddenly broken and I needed to leave. Sam arrived quickly and efficiently replaced the spring. Since my husband and I had already decided to buy new garage door openers, I asked for an estimate for the job. We were very pleased with the price quoted and scheduled a time for the work to be done. Sam arrived on time and completed the work promptly. Exceptional workmanship, very flexible when changes to original plan came up. Owner did the work, not some recent trade school grad. One small problem came up after the job was finished, it was taken care of quickly.
