I am sorry Mrs *** feels bad, however I will defend our company our employees if the work is preformed correctlyWe do not have a A+ with the Revdex.com and plenty of other great reviews for no reason at all.First the window issueAll windows are checked, meaning raised, lowered, tilted in and
lockedMrs *** fail to tell you that she had her windows cleaned by someoneYou are supposed to raise the sash up 3-4" before you tilt in to cleanTHIS WAS NOT DONE BY SOMEONEAs with ANY TIWINDOW if this is not done you will break or bend the pivot pins, as was the case with her windowsThe pins were severely bent.Mrs *** thinks she knows it all but dose notWe do see this from time to time when customers have their windows cleaned from a house keeper.Needless to say, I fixed the pins and tried to inform her why the problem occurred so if would not happen againShe really did not want to hear that. The Downspout issueLong story short Mrs *** mother ( a pleasure to deal with) told us to leave the existing downspout as it went through the existing deck and to add new elbowsWe did that (see pics)The old Downspout was not connected to the home as it should have beenWe did add a new downspout clipThis did move up down spout.Mrs *** calls a few days later to say she or her mother just touched it and it fellTHAT IS SO FALSE. Two zip screws were pulled outIf my men make a mistake they will fix itTHE DOWNSPOUT WAS PULLED DOWNWARDS MYSTERIOUSLYWe have seen this beforeWe went back up saw what was done re fixed it and left.Mrs *** also failed to tell you the we added extra flashing to the front gutter as it had to be lowered for flow for no chargeI called out the mother ( a pleasure to deal with) to show her and make sure she was happy with.At the end of the day both jobs are done correctly, All the grief with this customer for two windows and a small gutter job was not worth it

The claims made by this company are grossly inaccurate. The fact that you would reference that my mom was the nice person when he only had two short interactions with her is [redacted]. That is his defense. I'm the homeowner and I would not damage my own property. The fact that he claims both items that I paid for I turned around and damaged is ridiculous. The simple fact is his work is not what it claims to be and he does not honor his work. Every interaction with him has been a challenge. He's rude and condescending in each encounter. The fact that he would tell me that the work was done correctly on the downspout without even seeing it mind blowing to me. I work with contractor daily and know how projects should be run. This company provides poor customer service and doesn't honor their work.  Questioning of how any of their work is done or any issues is not acceptable for this company. I am beyond all done by the unprofessional tone of every interaction and again wish that I would have NEVER allowed this company anywhere near my home!!  I am an Iraqi war veteran who served my country honorably and bought this house using my GI loan. I would never go around my house destroying things purposely. Not only am I the homeowner, but I'm the one who would be responsible for paying to have this fixed!  This contractor may get away with bullying other people, but I will not be one of them.

We are sorry Mrs. [redacted] is not happy with a perfectly fine job. As you can plainly read she even doubts the Revdex.com's credibility.I am done with this rhetoric.

I had Ac-Cel put siding on my house about 15 years ago, and I've had several contractors recently look at redoing the job, saying it's the worst job they've ever seen. J channels put in upside down and wavy, siding nailed into just insulation, falling off. The corner pieces all left open on the bottom so wasps and mice can get in. I called after the job was done and they finally sent someone to fix a couple mistakes, but when I noticed more things wrong later, they wouldn't return my call.

My husband and I were beyond happy with AC-Cel Windows and Siding. They are extremely professional from start to finish, explaining what's going on with the house throughout the whole process. The owner called us several times to make sure we were happy with the progress and stopped at the house several times to see how everything looked! They are very reasonable with pricing and the selection of siding was fantastic. Everything was explained to us in great detail and the two guys that put our insulation and siding up were awesome! They were on time every day, very professional, clean and organized, and very knowledgeable! We've had at least 15 different people stop and ask us who put our siding on and how much they loved the color of siding and shutters that were put on! We're looking forward to using them in the future to do more work for us! There's no other place that we would use! They're FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Definitely worth of an A +++++!!!!
