*** *** started class at Academy-Driving School on 07/06/and completed the course on 12/29/at 10:p.m In addition to the required drive times I gave him one additional drive time with one of our instructors that *** favoredAt the conclusion of his last drive time on
12/29/*** was supposed to come back into the building to get his completion paperwork which was prepared and waiting on him He did not return to the office at the end of the drive time as instructed but left the premises immediately upon his return to the schoolOn Thursday, August 18th, 2016* *** *** ***'s mother, called the school at 7:pm, 7:pm, and 8:pmShe then sent an email to my personal email address at 9:pm I am not sure why she chose to use my personal email address as the school has its own email addressActually confused on how she got my personal email addressShe then called the office again on Friday, August 19th, at 9:am and left a message regarding her son's paperwork I returned her call on the same day at 11:am to discuss the issue with the paperworkI explained to her that it was waiting on him at the conclusion of his last drive time on 12/29/and he did not come inside the school to pick it up at the end of his drive time as all students are instructed to doI called her again at 12:pm on August 19th to tell her that the paperwork was waiting on her at the school and she could pick it up when she got off work that same evening which she didI was very surprised at her making this complaint as she was very pleasant on the phone and seemed fineI have had both of her children and never any issuesThis entire situation has completely surprised me

Your office refused to call me back. In addition I called about the next step. The one time a person returned my call they said nothing of picking up a certificate. In addition your female driver belittled my son and I had to request another driver. Worst experience with your company. You are lying about the facts to protect your reputation

The majority owner of the driving schools is [redacted]. I am a minority owner in the business. "[redacted] is 75% majority owner and came in on Thursday, Jan 26th and took over ownership and had me removed. As badly as I want to help you my hands are now legally tied by court...

orders.  You can reach [redacted] at [redacted] or at [redacted]. Please know that I have made every effort to plead with attorneys and judge to allow me to take care of the students and parents but the running of the schools was awarded to [redacted] due to his majority ownership and my hands are therefore bound. Again I am so sorry that his actions have now negatively effected you and all the other parents that I have had a positive relationship with over the last 17 years.

While Academy Driving School has not been able to satisfy the complainants issues but please review the facts:   1.)    The forms in question were ready and available as normal business practice. The complainants son was instructed to pick up the forms after the drive time that evening. The complainants son left without obtaining the forms as requested. 2.)    The complainant called the schools business lines on August 18 after posted business working hours and emailed a non-business email account which is not monitored by Academy Driving School. 3.)    The complainants call was returned the next day, August 19, at 12 noon and informed that the form in question could be obtained when the complainant got off work, which the complainant did as requested.   Academy Driving School has been in business for 17 years with an impeccable rating from the Revdex.com. Our standard of business practices and reputation stand on its own merit. Our instructors are tenured, seasoned professionals that have been in the driving school industry with a combined 50+ years of experience. We have one the state’s highest pass rates for student drivers as well as a solid drivers education program that has stood the test of time. While we take every complaint seriously and perform our due diligence to investigate thoroughly, Academy Driving School has gone beyond normal business practices in order to resolve this complaint. Academy Driving School has even provided, at our cost, free driving lessons in order to facilitate resolution but with no success. Regretfully, Academy Driving School does not know at this time what else can be done to resolve this issue.   Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I need either have a full refund, or the paperwork showing my daughter completed her classes which are locked up in the school. Neither the Majority or Minority Owner...

have access to the school and my daughter, myself, and others are being punished for it. When I have what is needed, then this matter is resolved.
