Hi [redacted],The previous manager at this location as not been here for several months. I believe it was at the end of August or beginning of September when he departed. I was put in place in this office near the end of October 2017. I have been out to see Ms. [redacted] one time since I arrived here. Ms....

[redacted] reported a leak. I had the leak fixed and I paid a contractor to repair her ceiling back to original condition. This was done in November. Ms. [redacted] did contact me via email a few weeks ago asking for a refund because she does not like our product. I replied to her email at that time and let her know that I would be happy to send an installer to take care of whatever she needs. Ms. [redacted] responded telling me she does not want us back in her home and she only wants a refund. Ms. [redacted] does have a lifetime warranty on our acrylic to be free from manufacturing defects and labor. I sent Ms. [redacted] another email letting her know I would like to discuss it further with her on the phone or in person.
