I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution still does nothing to get my records to my new doctor. I found my old contact prescription at home without help from the Dr that holds my records. I was never told my current eye doctor could call to get information. My current Dr.told me he knows my medical doctor but in all our discussions about what has been ordered for me in the past, he never mentioned he knew Dr. [redacted] , let alone be good friends as Dr. [redacted] claims.   I have in my hands what  records were faxed and only the last two years were faxed. I asked for my last contact info to be faxed. They still do not have it. I found a prescription wrote to me from  2010 that I had at home and DR. [redacted] said it was extremely helpful in trying to fit me now.. I cannot be refused my personal medical records by law.I do not need any thing from my medical records now because I found the contact prescription at home on my own. I am clearing out this complaint because I have the prescription that I need but without that info coming from the medical records that Dr [redacted] has on me in his office.

Her last 4 years records were faxed to her new doctor.  She wanted the full file which we will gladly provide but since it is extensive we require $25.00 for out time and supplies to do this.  The fee is very reasonable for this service.  It was also offered that her new doctor could...
