Dear [redacted] ***: I have received the letter, stating the complaint from [redacted] I would like to offer the following response to the complaint: Customer's baseboards were blocked by furniture, boxes and debris.Had everything gone perfectly, the job would have taken working dayThere is always the possibility of unexpected issues on the jobThe piping at the customer's residence originally ran through a concrete floorAt some point in the past, someone re-routed the piping so that it did not run through concreteThis re-routing was poorly executed and zoned incorrectly, which caused issues to arise in our boiler installation that could not have been predictedMy company went above and beyond to get all issues resolvedAs stated by [redacted] , my employees went to her residence every time she called, at any hourAs far as the carpet stain, we did our best to cover carpeting and furniture to prevent further stainsThe blue stain was pointed out to the customer and we offered to clean itCustomer stated "Don't worry about it, the carpets are being replaced." The boiler was installed as her contract stated and she has had heat and hot water since the original install date, it just took some time to get all of the kinks worked outWe also did extra work, not included in the contract, without charging for itThis includes 1) moving a thermostat from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor because the thermostat controlled the 1st floor bedrooms (this issue was pointed out by our boiler salesman the day we took him to the property to give us some "fresh eyes" while trying to come up with solutions) 2) her contract included new non-programmable thermostatsWe installed programmable thermostats at no additional costI do not believe that a couple of issues that caused the job to not be completed in day warrant a full refundThank you, Kevin S [redacted] Owner Accurate Air Inc

Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: I have finally received the technician's manual to my boiler to support my last responseEnclosed is the diagram to show where the expansion tank needs to be installed on my boilerI have encircled the location in yellow for easy convenienceAs you can see by the diagram the expansion tank needs to be down and to the left of the boiler, not above the boiler. Sorry it took so long to receive this information.Regards,*** ***

We have sent pictures of the installation of equipment at the *** residence to *** and spoken at length about it with a gentleman from ***We also spoke with a representative from ***'s technical support about the installationThey both agree that the equipment is installed properly and that the location of the expansion tank is correctIt appears clear at this point that this matter is a legal issue to be resolved within the local court system, should Ms*** chooseMy company attempted to resolve this issue with the customer directly, as well as through The Revdex.com's complaint process, with nothing accomplished other than ever increasing claims from the customerWe firmly believe that this claim is unjustified and the reimbursement sought is far from practicalI respectfully request that this case be closed as administratively resolvedThank you,

I have received the letter, stating the complaint from [redacted]. I would like to offer the following response to the complaint:
Customer's baseboards were blocked by furniture, boxes and...

debris.Had everything gone perfectly, the job would have taken 1 normal working day. There is always the possibility of unexpected issues on the job. The piping at the customer's residence originally ran through a concrete floor. At some point in the past, someone re-routed the piping so that it did not run through concrete. This re-routing was poorly executed and zoned incorrectly, which caused issues to arise in our boiler installation that could not have been predicted. My company went above and beyond to get all issues resolved. As stated by [redacted], my employees went to her residence every time she called, at any hour.
As far as the carpet stain, we did our best to cover carpeting and furniture to prevent further stains. The blue stain was pointed out to the customer and we offered to clean it. Customer stated "Don't worry about it, the carpets are being replaced." 
The boiler was installed as her contract stated and she has had heat and hot water since the original install date, it just took some time to get all of the kinks worked out. We also did extra work, not included in the contract, without charging for it. I do not believe that a couple of issues that caused the job to not be completed in 1 day warrant a full refund.
