I had come out to [redacted] home on Friday January 25th to inspect the heating issues with her furnace, & found the limit switch to be the cause of the problem that the blower was not coming on. I told her boyfriend the cost to repair would be $ 200 & that I would have to pick up the part...

& I could come back at 2 pm to change the switch . he stated he would call his girl friend to confirm. I had got a call from [redacted] around 2pm about doing the repair , and [redacted] said she would have to call her husband/ boyfriend to see if he could be home to meet me. I never got a call back until 4pm from [redacted] asking if I was still coming back to do repair. I told her I didn't hear back , & that I had gone to another customers home to do a service , but I did come back out to [redacted] home after hrs , & do the repair, so she would have heat again. After I replaced limit switch and checked to make sure the furnace was working properly, I let the system cycle several times , and found nothing wrong with the operation. [redacted] called me 3 1/2 hrs after I left , and said the furnace had gone out again. I had [redacted] try to see if she could get furnace running again. She informed me nothing would come on now. After several trys the burner did come back on. But not the blower. I suggested putting a fan by the blower compartment to move the heat through the system for the night. Also I said it seems that there may be a problem with the board on the unit and , it may have to be replaced. I told her I would contact the supply house Saturday morning to see if they have a board for her unit. They had a universal board that would replace the one she has. I had a Qoute for $214.00 for the replacement part which I sent her the Qoute via text message, & told her because it was a weekend that the cost to change the board would cost $150.00.  She got upset about the cost to repair. Then she called me several times asking about my prices , and then called me unfair about the way I do business , I told her I'm sorry she feels that way.  I offered to give her back the diagnostic fee , because she had said I missed diagnosed her heating problem.  I told her sometimes it is hard to diagnosed electrical problems. And that I would do what I could to help get her system repaired. As of Monday January 30th there seems to be no reasoning with [redacted] I had left it with sending the customer a check for the diagnostic fee .

I am rejecting this response because:
During this time period their was a snow storm with freezing temperatures. My son and myseld had to endure these conditions sleeping together with a spaceheater. The diagnosis was wrong, the piece I was charged 6x's the true price was not needed which in turn the labor was not useful. If I wanted somebody to "FISH" to find the problem I would have let my handyman do that. I hired a"PROFESSIONAL" to avoid spending unnecessary monies fishing for the problem. Mark agreed to return $115 piece and diagnosis fee but then back peddled due to him being upset about my Revdex.com review. ThE text messages are attached, this further shows how professionalhe is.
