Review: After making a repair to our dishwasher the service technician failed to properly tighten the connecting water shut-off valve. This caused the shut-off to leak and subsequently "flood" my lower level bedroom causing a significant amount of water damage to the ceiling walls and flooring.

additional information, before and after images as well as, previous correspondence between myself and Mr. F[redacted] are available upon request.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. F[redacted] to due what is expected of a trust worthy, reliable, fully insured company. I expect to hear from his insurance company and hopefully come to a resolution that is fair..
