Ace Autos Pre-Owned Auto Sales

We purchased this car on 9/15/from ABC auction is was sold with a green light indicating it had passed auction inspectionWe had it safety inspected and emission on 9/15/at ***It passed both safetyand emissionSince these inspections are only good for a limited time, we had it reinspected on 11/19/and then again on 1/16/in both cases it passed safety and emissionsIn addition, these safety inspection were preformed by three different technicians(copies attached) ? The jeep was sold to the ***'s on 1/17/? The car was sold as is, with no implied warrantyWe are not responsible for what happened to this jeep after itleft our possessionIt was over weeks later that we received the first call by the ***'sThey were told by a mechanic that the jeep was not fixableThis same mechanic told us it was fixable, and asked how much he could buy the jeep for [redacted] ACE Motors [redacted] @aol.com [redacted]

They gave me a ninty day warrentyor milesmile warrentee on a transmission is rediculousthe repair is more than the car is worthwhen I spend on anything,I expect to get my money worththis car lasted us milesis that a fair deal? days before diagnosedTell us why

The car was safety inspected and emission passed both, as required by law. I put a month mile power train warranty on it too. Not sure what else he expects me to do.

mechanicWe had this car serviced at *** Toyota last fall and spent almost $on itThere had only be a couple hundred miles put on the car since thenWe were assured by the service manager that the car was in good shapeWe gave a copy of these receipts to the customerIt is possible that the customer was not use to a stick car that sat that low to the ground, and bottomed out the car tore a whole in the oil pan, hence running out of oilAs far as cleaning the engine, we professionally detail all our cars which includes the engineThis particular car was purchased at the auction and had been detailed before we got itWe did not clean the engineThe evening of the 27th my husband received a call from the customers father and he MF up and downThreatening him with "I am going to take you down" etcMy husband refused to talk to him while he was ranting and ravingThe following day he called again and left a threatening message which we still have
We have been in business for years and have helped customers beforeHowever we won't deal with these people again
Again as a licensed dealer we did everything that was required of us which includes having them sign an "as is" form

I am a dealer which means I am responsible for the state inspection of the car and emissionsThey also had a warranty for months or milesWhen they had an issue, they contacted meI told them I did everything as a dealer that I am supposed to do I sold the car AS IS and they agreed and signed the documentThey exceeded the mileage, I don’t know what they did, but again they are out of warrantyI would suggest they contact the third party warranty company, but again, the warranty is no longer valid

Truck was purchased on 6/26/2015. It passed both safety and emissions on 5/23/2015. On July 2, we received a call from [redacted] stating there was tape over the check engine light on the display. We did not put any tape over the check engine...

light. We have no idea who did, it could have been the other two dealers that had this car, or the previous owner trying to get a better trade in. All we know is that we didn't do and did not notice it. Our mechanic stated that he did not notice it either. It took [redacted] 8 days to notice it. We put less then 60 miles on the truck the entire time we had it.
In order to pass emission the car is actually plugged into a computer. When the truck was in our possession it passed both safety and emission. Again we don't know when or whom could have put the tape on the display, but it wasn't us.
