Very difficult to reach via phone. Calls most often go to an answering service.
Job done incorrectly. Had to be persistent to convince them of their error. Have agreed to attempt to fix problem. No guarantee they can. Will see what happens if they have damaged the materials I provided beyond use.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that we disappointed you. You are correct that we have an answering service that our call roll over to when we are on the other line. The service also answers call for us on the weekend and after normal business hours. We had been in contact with you prior to you submitting this review and had spoken with you about a plan to get your concerns resolved. We assured you that we warranty our work and that we would make sure that you were satisfied. We would have preferred that you allow us to rectify the situation before submitting your review. We did what we said we would and came back to the home to warranty our work, The situation has now been taken care of to your satisfaction and you signed off on the completion of the work. Thank you for allowing us to satisfy your concerns.
