I will definitely use Acme again for any car shippings that I might need in the future

October 7, I shipped my car from San Diego to Cincinnati, OhioThe car arrived yesterday morning and was in the same condition as when it was picked up in San Diego!! The driver of the transport kept me informed of when he would be arriving...from the day before to minutes before!

I used Acme Car Shipping to transport my two cars separately.from MA to AZ Julie Hill in Denton was extremely helpful in replying to my concerns and answering all my questions Two different auto carriers were used and both of them did a great job delivering my cars within a week, undamaged and to my home in AZ It was a good experience from Acme Car Shipping and recommend them to anyone wanting to ship thier car

Acme moved my mother's car from Orlando to Pittsburgh Everyone we worked with provided exceptional service Our initial contact was [redacted] He explained the process, set up the move, and was available and willing to answer questions Then we worked with Michael throughout the days prior to and during the move We had many more questions and concerns, and he responded quickly, completely, and patiently to all of our emails and texts He was extremely helpful! Our driver, JP, was competent and professional He made every effort to get as close as possible to mom's home in Florida and my home in Pittsburgh He was in contact with us prior to each meeting Mom's car arrived more quickly than we anticipated and in great condition My mother and I were very nervous about this process, however [redacted] , Michael, and JP made it easy! I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with the service from Acme I was transporting my car from Massachusetts to Florida The car was picked up on a Tuesday and I was expecting a delivery the following Saturday The driver called me in the morning on Thursday to see if I would be available to receive the car at 4:that day He arrived exactly on time, coming to our house to unload the car He was efficient and courteous Acme called the next day to follon my experience It was the second time that I have used a car carrier company The first time was not with Acme and it was a nightmare, glad to say this experience was such a positive one

The driver obviously has much experience in arranging pickup and delivery of cars throughout the U.S He met me in very accessible areas on both pickup and delivery He was courteous and very personable I had no qualms about turning my car over to him Delivery of my car actually was a day ahead of schedule and it arrived in perfect shape It needed washing but that is to be expected Over all, a very good experience

We contacted ACME and spoke to Richard (owner) the end of December We needed a car transported from ***, TX to ***, WA We had previously contacted another vendor that was not friendly and acted as if they didn't want our business Richard told us he had a driver who frequently transported vehicles to Washington He was in contact through the whole process (and always available when I called him) and William in his office also contacted us as well as the person who would be transporting the vehicle Richard and William came to our house personally to pick up the vehicle until the transporter could get the vehicle The price was great and we really appreciated the care he took with every step of the process The vehicle was delivered a week later with absolutely NO problems We could not be happier with the service we got from ACME and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced auto shipper This was not the first vehicle we have had shipped, but by FAR exceeded our previous experience and our expectations This company and Richard are top notch!!! Paid $to have cars (Range Rover, Toyota 4Runner) shipped from CO to NC, through West Region OfficeQuote stated "All moves come with full coverage and carry no deductible" and that total price included "full insurance coverage" Rear hatch window to 4Runner broken in Kansasblown out by 75mph winds according to driver Open rear hatch area not covered by driver for rest of drive to NC Damage included window, shorted out rear hatch latch actuator due to water in car, and entire inside surface of car covered with grime Latter two could have been avoided if driver simply covered the open back window area Repairs and cleaning cost me $Talked/emailed on multiple occasions to both the West Region Office and the Shipper, Premier Auto GroupNo response to requests for their insurance to cover this or for reimbursement
