sorry for the problem ..I will refund $to address given...when credit card is used the dial must b turned to stop to kill the time on the card usage also would like to know the phone number called? we have change bookkeepers and that might be the problem with the # once again I am sorry

We just installed a new credit card system and the stop button is now located at the bottom of the card swiper.
I'd be happy to refund your money if you can call me to
discuss of shoot me an email/text with your information.BTW- my cell number is posted in each bay just in case you ever have an issue in the future

Review: I went to the business to get my car washed on 1/1/14. I put in my change ($3) in the machine to produce 5 minutes of cleaning time. My time ran out and my car was still soapy. I realized that I did not have enough cash for the minimum $3 buy in, so I swiped my card for $3 (as it said on the screen) and received another 5 minutes in wash time but no receipt option was available. Finished washing my car and drove off. A couple days later, the charge posted to my bank account as $20 in car wash services. I searched for the company online. My search brought me to Yelp.com. On that website, I found the official address and a phone number. I contacted the number multiple times and every time I made contact, I was hung up on, rudely. I attempted to call again today to find a resolution with the owner and was hung up and told not to call again. That is when I decided to file a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a refund, not only for the over charge of $17 but a refund on the services rendered, $3, for being rudely hung up on multiple times, then being told never to call again. I did not do anything wrong to deserve to be treated this way or to be overcharged. I would also like someone to investigate the machines at his car wash to require a receipt or make it cash only.

Review: car wash on Saturday 8.16.14. I used my debit card and it showed $5.50 charge. When checking today they chargedme $17.50. NOT CORRECT.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE BUSINESS. NO PHONE NUMBER. SLIP SHOD WAY OF CONTACTING THE BUSINESS.
MAIL ME A CHECK FOR $12.00 ASAP.

Review: I bought several tokens from the vendor to use in the vacuums and proceeded to try three different vacuums, not of which worked. The vacuums did however take my money. I left a note as the sign said to and also called but could not get anyone to call me back. I also stopped by a couple of times but never find the office open. I was ripped off -- charged money for a service that did not work.
