Please know that it was resolved with the guest on April 10th. Our Front Office Manager, Gary, spoke to the customer and refunded the charge for the missing telephone receiver.
We apologize that this issue was not resolved immediately. We have contacted [redacted] and processed a full refund to Ms. [redacted]'s credit card which will take 3·5 business days to be reflected.
Additionally, we have also refunded the parking charge to her [redacted] card. Please let me know if there is...
