issues for 1/2 monthsWe have since replaced several parts and warrantied all of them in a good faith effort to resolve the customer's issuesThe damage that occurred was most likely caused by a power surge or lightening strikeThe control panel was on back order for the last monthsWe have procured one and have been in contact with the consumerWe are expecting the part will be delivered today and that we will have it running by the end of day

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI did not write the above sentence but the warranty should begin when the unit is fully workingWe can argue about the first few months but it hasn't been working for the last months.
