The phone number listed is one for a number that has no voicemail. I have tried calling to cancel the payment that is being taken out of my bank account.

I sent an email April 4,2019 1:54 pm, never receive a phone call or text about canceling subscription but study debiting my account $19:95 all it said was auto reply thanks for reaching out, I call today May 4,2019 about letting them I cancel it in April then they debit my account for May, To this day no one from JJ Smith or Adiva Publishing have not reach out to me and resolve this matter.

Thanks for reaching out! Here is our response.We respond to all customers consistently and the same way within 1-business days We communicated with Sonia Brown numerous times including 10/25, 10/and 10/stating that her credit card was being declined and provided her with the form to
update her credit card information Our merchant provider confirmed that the payment had declined numerous times, but she never corrected this credit card issue even after we provided her with the form to update itAs a result, her Healthy is the New Black Membership was cancelled So, we did communicate this information to her already.Thanks,Customer support (Lisa)
