Our holiday schedule is posted on our web site,billing statements, and on our newsletters We also have our holiday schedule on our phone system Ms*** did not have her trash out when our driver was there to perform the service Ms*** called into the office to say she
did not have trash out for pick up because her brother was sick CSR told her it would be $to return for pick up She requested to speak to Tammie the supervisor Tammie explained why there was a fee Ms*** asked to put extra trash out next wk Supervisor explained that all trash must go inside container Ms*** called back requesting a 2nd container These containers are delivered by routing system She did not want to wait for her delivery day We ask our customer to call us for fee schedule due to the amount of options available

We have posted our fees in the past, and because we service both City and County with different rate structures, it was found to be confusing and much more efficient to have customer call, email, or mail price information The only time we take cash is if you come to our office to pay directly We do ask for missed, or special services to be paid for in advanceThe payment method is with a credit card or debit card Holiday schedule was and is posted before Ms***'s trash was missed

I have explained, to Ms. [redacted], that it is mandatory trash in [redacted] and I can not shut services off. I have given her the [redacted] City Ordinance to show her proof. It is ordinance number 8.04.060. As owner of the property she is responsible for all services at her address. We were...

billing her renter that she let sign up, but when he did not pay, it became her responsibility. We have tried to get the extra containers to help lower the bill, but the renter does not always put them out, and what he does put out he pulls in before we can retrieve them. I have asked her to get the people she has hired to help us do this but she has not done so.

I am rejecting this response because:
I tried to send the Revdex.com an email today but it came back. The website that I was told to give my comment, that was due by August 25th, would not accept my Exhibit attachments. I know it says to fax it, but I am in the middle of nowhere and no one has a fax machine. I just wanted you to know that maybe your website is not working properly for people to file.??

Mandatory trash  in Hesperia was initiated  to help meet State of California AB939 requirements.  This law is governing each City to divert 50% of waste from the landfill.  Advance Disposal Co.  is the contracted hauler for the City of Hesperia.  All of the rates are...

approved by the City.  All rates.  There is no way Advance Disposal could add,  "charges upon charges".    Advance Disposal Co. has been working with Ms. [redacted] on getting her trash bill paid.  An offer was made to remove the finance fees if she would bring account current.  Ms. [redacted] made payments, but account was not brought current.   Fees were added that Advance Disposal Co. was charged to pursue payment.    Notifications to many to count,  have gone out to the service address stating the consequences of not paying the  bill, the fees she referenced in her complaint were explained. Nothing has prompted this customer to pay the bill, or stay on the payment plan Advance provided.

I am rejecting this response because:  Advance Disposal never offered to remove the charges if the bill was paid current.  If they are willing to remove the $356 in charges that have nothing to do with trash pick up, I will pay the $179 we owe for trash service asap.

I am rejecting this response because:
Incorrect- I was informed that the fee was $28.50, meanwhile my neighbor 2 blocks away was informed it was $32.00. Again, my chief complaint is that there are no listings of fees on the website or billing statement that reflect actual charges for Spring Valley Lake or the County areas serviced. Each person I spoke with quoted me a different price for additional can service as well as missed pick up, as reflected in this response. How on earth can anyone trust a company whose prices change each time you speak with someone different? And why is the missed trash pickup fee not listed on the website? Along with the fact that it must be paid in cash when picked up? None of these questions were answered by the statement offered by the business.Please advise- Thank you for your time in this matter.[redacted]
