On 10/8/2015 John stopped at [redacted] property.  Talked about her concerns took care of any problems and she paid for the work done.  John reimbursed Mrs. [redacted] for the bill of plumbing and the $50.00 she paid for work that [redacted] did.   Total due on bill was 10,300.00 -947.37credit on plumbing and paid balance due of 9,352.65. John S[redacted]

1.     Mrs. [redacted], has never contacted us concerning any of these issues. We had no idea anything was wrong until we received the complaint. If she would have just called us this complaint would have never happened. We take care of our cus[redacted]ers. All it takes is a call...

2.     John, owner of the company, is in the process of taking care of this complaint. 3.     Mrs. [redacted] did receive a copy of the original proposal/contract on 5/4/15 listing of work that would be done and she mailed a down payment for this work. 4.     A receipt is only mailed if cus[redacted]er request. All paperwork is mailed when job is completed. 5.     A new outgoing line was installed and also a French drain to cut off spring water coming towards the house. This was all done per her request and also noted on her proposal/contract that she mailed a payment in for. 6.     We are checking into the plumbing issue at this time because we have no idea what that is for or how it became our issue. 7.     The spring for her animals is Air Locked. Our employees working on job site told her and another gentlemen what was needed to fix this problem for her. This was not something we caused at the site. John S[redacted] is going to be getting in touch with Mrs. [redacted] to see what we need to do to resolve this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was in the basement when [redacted] called Mr. S[redacted] about how much to charge for his screwing up the plumbing.  Mr. S[redacted] charged $50 for all the screwed up plumbing he did.  It ended up costing me almost $900. I'm so upset, now Mr. S[redacted] tries to say he doesn't know anything about the plumbing - short memory???  I have tried to talk to Mr. S[redacted] to no avail.  According to him, he's right.  I do wish you'd come by and see the mess they left.  I know you'd be surprised at the mess.  See attachments also.Thank you and God Bless
