Advanced Disposal

Massive problems with this company. You name it. No pick up, no returned calls, forever spent on hold, incorrect information, and down right lying. Hope we never have to use them again.

Advanced Disposal is supposed to bill quarterly but I have been receiving a bill (with added charges)- every month for three months. My bill is current but they have added "account suspenion fees","lock box fees" and other crap. I've tried to call them and never get a human, and they call and it is an automated recording.
Oh- and they only pick up the trash when they feel like it, and leave the can in the road! LOUSY, CRAPPY company!
