Mr *** was fully advised of all recommendations, post operative care instructions and estimated costUpon completion of instructions Mr *** signed post operative instructions and estimate documents (PLEASE SEE COPY). All post operative pain medication and antibiotics are within the CVM recommended guild lines for any and all routine surgical proceduresThe medication containers used for medication dispensing are approved and provided by MERIAL Pharmaceuticals. All medication dispensed were clearly labeled with dosage, frequency and refrigerate instructions. Although we find no medical grounds to grant the clients request for a refund, Advanced Pet Care takes pride in providing our patients and owners with exceptional veterinary careOur clients satisfaction is our number one priority and in keeping with this standard we have decided to grant the client a full refund on this grounds and this grounds alone.
