My name is ***, I am a ***.
I initially contacted this company to clean my carpets and I with good cause purchased products from this business and was lead to believe that I was given discounts if I traded in unused carpet cleaning machines. It was bought to my attention that the items were thrown away. However, that is not my issue.
The issue at hand is I was having my carpet cleaned by a former employee and he arrived at my residence with a colleague, allegedly he was to inspect my basement for mold growth. I was home alone and he asked me if he could check my basement. Without taking any swabs to determine if I had mold he just did a visual inspection and said I had mold. I was told after the fact that I did not have mold in my basement and the smell that was coming through my vents was caused by my drainage which was left open by the employee that installed a hose to the air purifier from the same company I am speaking of.
They insisted that I had mold in my basement and that it would cost me several thousands of dollars to have it removed. They stated that their product was guaranteed to remove mold and prevent further growth. The machine that I purchased, the Fresh Air *** as of this date is not working. I'm addition, my sales agreement reflects a date of 9-28-2017 for the carpet cleaner when it fact was purchased earlier.
I have attempted to contact them regarding my concerns, however, I find there office to be difficult to speak with. I contacted them on one occasion and the manager name Scott was very disrespectful and argumentative. Due to my disability I am not able to handle the stress of anxiety.
I feel that I was pressured into purchasing this product and was giving false information regarding the presence of mold in my house and vents, because no samples were taken or machines used to determine if this was actually factual. The company provided false information for its own financial gain, and in my opinion had taken advantage of my disability.

It is his understanding that her Complaint hasbeen resolved. We and the franchise have attempted to contact Ms. by telephone to confirmthat her issues have been addressed and resolved, but we have not been successful in speaking with hereven though we have left several messages.lf there are still issues that need to be addressed, we would encourage Ms. to contact ourcustomer service officeat *** and we will be happy to assist her further.
