I am rejecting this response because:  The problem is that we do not know what the $250 is for, you got your rent money, why are you requesting more!? We don’t understand why we owe this amount. Please provide a better explaination for the $250 charge! We are amazing tenants, we left the place cleaner than when we moved in. We even fixed things that should have been fixed by the rental agency. I replaced all the part in the toilet as it wasn’t running correctly. None of the door knobs inside the house latched properly, so our bedroom doors would randomly open. We weren’t allowed to use an air conditioner even though those houses turn into ovens in the summer time. We have a broken kitchen faucet from the moment we moved in and it took you 3 months to have it fixed, BUT ON THE LEASE IT SAYS ANYTHING SHOULD BE FIXED WITHIN 10 DAYS. We had to contact the owner of the property because Aetna wasn’t sending someone to fix the faucet, even though we asked them for 3 months! This has been a nightmare and I want this to be over.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com[redacted]RE: Revdex.com Complaint [redacted]To Whom It May Concern:We've read the response prepared by [redacted].• [redacted] and [redacted] entered into a one year leaseagreement. They paid a security deposit in the amount of $1,200. In accordanceto the terms of the Lease Agreei11ent, this is a security deposit and not consideredlast month's rent. The terms of the lease agreement are all explained in person tothe tenants at the time the lease agreement is signed. We specifically explain totenants the security deposit is not considered last month's rent.• On January 22, 20 I 8, our office mailed the Revdex.com our response to the tenant'scomplaint. Our response provides the numerous times we corresponded via USPostal Service with the tenants (ATTACHMENT 1 ).• Our office tried on multiple occasions to call the tenants to explain to them whatwas happening. It is common practice for our office to call tenants late with theirrent payments. Again, one of the numbers we have on file was discmmected andthe other voice mail messages were unreturned.Again, our office made every attempt to work with these tenants with no luck via USMail and by phone. The terms of the lease agreement were followed. To date, tenantsstill owe $250 for the past due amounts that were all terms they agreed to in theirexecuted lease agreement.Sincerely,AETNA PROPERTIES, INC.Shannon H[redacted]Office Manager

I am rejecting this response because:The multiple times that Aetna Properties says it's tried to contact us is a lie. They never call tenants, I have never spoken with anyone on the phone for Aetna properties; nor have I ever been able to get a hold of anyone via phone. The operation you are running is a scam and close to slum lord situation. All the "letters" they say they sent out are also a lie, I received one that said we owed $250 for what?! We don't even know what that charge is for! We have paid our money and would like to move on from this, sending us to collections for something we don't even know what its for is beyond ruthless. I really would like an explanation.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
