The prices were excellent. There was an issue with the shipping. It was however handled in a timely manner and the customer service rep called to follow up. All in all a good experience.
Excellent customer service

The bed I ordered was on backorder and someone from the company actually called me to make sure I knew it was backordered and asked me if the new ship date was OK with me. Who does that anymore? Awesome customer service!

Fedex lost my first order but I was contacted by afa and had a replacement shipped that day. They fixed it without me having to research my order! Will order from afa in the future.
