To Whom it May Concern:This is in regards to the complaint against our company sent in about the Chevy Caviler [redacted] was very nice in thebeginning, then when she started not making her payments and we tried to work with her she evaded us and we went to find her andrepossess itWe could not find her but talked to her employer who got her on the phone [redacted] was very rude and angry that wewere going to take her car not understanding she was very far behindThe radiator was never an issue brought to our attention she didcall however once to complain tbat her muffler fell off We have never put a muffler on with a coat hangerWe have welders here andalways replace them when we see they are bad the proper wayShe purchased the car AS Isand we tried to be good to herThe carwas to be paid off in months time and that started on February 14th, The last payment made on the car was December 19, 2014(copy of payment card enclosed.) She then moved and never gave us her new address and we hadn't heard from her until a week agowhen she left a message telling us that she wanted to give $and us give her the titleNever saying anything about any issueswith the car at the timeThen she called back and said it had been impounded or was going to be and that we needed to come get it.again it doesn't work that way The car was over an hour away from us and not our responsibility to bring it back because she didn'twant it anymoreWhen you surrender a car its your place to get it hereWe had not heard anything from her before the point that wecalled and told her that we was going to turn this over to the lawyerShe has had the car for well over a year and never paid it off butnever wore to you to complain until we were ready to take action against herAs for being rude to her on the phone no one was rudeshe just wasn't happy wih the answers she was givenShe has always been difficult to work withIn this busmess you are always thebad guy when you don't do what they wantIts very easy to complain abwt someone but not tell both sides of the storySo this is oursideIf you have any questions feel free to give us a callAlso I have enclosed a copy of the As Is sticker she signed upon purchasingthe car.Thank you [redacted] Owner

Because its pointless and apparently there will never be mything that makes her Feel better. We apologize that she was unhappy but we did all we could do to help her. As I have included in the previous letter, a copy of an As Is Sticker which tells you all the things that can go wrong with a used car that was signed at the bottom by the complainant. When you buy a used car any used car things can go wrong but that is no sign to not pay for it. If this was the case that it was mechanical problems that kept her from making her car payment then she could have simply stayed in contact with us and let us know that. She did not contact us as I said until now. As for saying we shouldn't be in business ... We have been in business for almost 15 years and have many returning customers. To me that is a personal attack and highly uncalled for.. She also went against the agreement she signed when she moved out of town and did not give us her new address.  She also called and left a message which was not so polite on our voicemail a couple weeks ago stating the amount she was going to give us and that was all we was going to get and she wanted her title. So the communication on her part has been far from courteous. As I have said there will be no resolving this issue to her liking. Mr. [redacted] is correct that I stopped making payments due to me putting more money into the car because of his lack of repairs. I can get a statement from the mechanic that had to fix the muffler held on by a coat hanger.Not to mention everything else that conveniently went wrong after the fact.This car he sold me was not maintained and I don't believe he should be allowed to continue to sell lemons.Upon the last conversation we had, he proceeded to tell me that "he knows how I am" he's "spoken to my friends". He the rudest unprofessional foul mouthed person I have had the unfortunate regret to meet.Admitting to non payment because of being sold a lemon. I could fight this , as I do have proof and pictures of all the maintenance done and still needs done for this vehicle.Truly be needs to retire and step away from any form of professional career.Shame on you for taking advantage of a single mother.
