that is worn for the coarse of 6-12 months, after-care treatment including any and all adjustments from sore spots caused by the denture and relines from healing causing the denture to become lose. After the 6-12 months the final denture is made, all at the orig. price of package with no additional charge to the patient, and adjustments that are free of charge for up to 60 days. The denture satisfaction guarantee was initiated and in effect after 01/01/2017. [redacted]'s purchase was prior to this date as well as our office's participation that varies from the standard participation advertised. In the online advertisement it specifically states "Please note: Participation in the 100-Day Denture Satisfaction Guarantee and Denture Craftsmanship Warranty may vary by Practice." After reasonable attempts to satisfy patients it is at Dr. [redacted]'s discretion on the amount to refund to the patient if any at all. In [redacted]'s case her dentures were remade, new full-sets, six times and relined three times after being remade. Also numerous adjustments were performed with patients stating she was satisfied initially to have another complaint days later. After whole year of care and multiple attempts to satisfy [redacted] Dr. [redacted] decided we could not accommodate or satisfy her due to her expectations of the dentures being unrealistic. He has offered to refund [redacted] half of the price of her original purchase, which is generous due to the amount of time, effort, and supplies used at no additional cost to [redacted]. The total of $706 is available for patient to be refund upon the return of the final full set of dentures, signing of the Agreement and Release Form, and Billing statement that shows the refund being made. That offer is available for 30 days following today's date since we have to have the product returned to process the refund. [redacted]'s billing ledger has been sent to her to remind her of the purchased price. I am rejecting this response because:  I've attached a copy of the quote I received when I first visited the office.  I'm in the process of gathering my bank statements to review my cancelled checks from 2016.  If I only 1,412.00, I'll gladly accept my refund and return the dentures since I already have a new set from another dentist.
