Affordable Elegance

The technician came to our house within a week of contacting to fix both our washer and dryer. When he left, he told me that he fixed the washer (a lose wire) but needed to order a part for the dryer. About 20 minutes after he left, the washer stopped working again. Over the next 3 weeks, they no call/no showed for a schedule appointment and cancelled another appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time because they did not have the correct part. They then refused to make the trip fix one machine without the part for the other. A week later they successfully came to fix the appliance. It took over a month and 4 PTO days used for them to eventually fix our appliance. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a repair company of any kind. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere before you call for their services.

This business has screwed around enough to make me lose food out of my Broken Amana Refrigerator 3 times now. I have lived out of a cooler for a month now due to their incompetence. I will never use Stuckwisch Appliances again and I suggest that you don't either.
They did bring a part and attempted to fix it but it went down again as soon as they left.
