called on 10-16-15 to advise her phone was missing one week later! [redacted] (dispatcher)advised her our men would not take her phone and advised her to report the phone stolen and contact her phone carrier. [redacted] also advised her that her phone carrier can tell her if someone has used the phone. There is no refund for a lost phone. We will furnish any information to the police on these men if the police request it. These men are honest family men and would not take anything Also please correct this claim if customer finds her phone. Thank You Affordable moving &storage XXX-XXX-XXXX
