With wind storms so frequent in this area, even well installed roofs sometimes need repair. Affordable Northwest Roofing installed my roof a little over seven years ago. I left a message for owner [redacted] on Tuesday stating some shingles were starting to raise. Today is Friday and Northwest has already completed the repair --- at no charge. They are the absolute best!

Affordable Northwest Roofing, Inc. completed the tear down of my 25 yr. old roof's shingles, felt, metal trim last Saturday. They installed a new IKO Cambridge AR Limited Lifetime Architectural shingles, with ice and water shield to the eaves, 30# heavy weight felt paper underlay, colored edge metal trim, new plumbing seals, and matching color roof vents. I am very pleased with Affordable Northwest Roofing, in all aspects of the job. I had 4 separate bids and 4 referrals before deciding on Affordable. I drove around town and looked at their work that was completed or in various stages of being completed before choosing a color and their company. [redacted], [redacted], and their crew were very professional, courteous, and affordable. Their workmanship was done by Journeyman roofers which met all my expectations. They covered and cleaned the perimeters of my house each night, finished the job in 2.5 days as proposed, and adhered to their estimate. Not only were they reasonable as to cost, they included a 15 yr. warranty on workmanship (others were 10 yr.) and a transferrable warranty on the lifetime laminated shingles. When the job was finished they hauled all the debris away and even fixed my lawn where the trailer had been parked. I am very satisfied with the entire job and have recommended them to several friends.
